The Daniel Megahey 5-A-Side Memorial Cup is an annual charity football event held to honor Daniel’s memory and raise funds for The Galway Hospice and The Brain Tumor Foundation. Join us on October 27th, 2024, at Drom Soccer Park for a day filled with exciting matches, a raffle, and community spirit as we come together to support these important causes.

Daniel Megahey 5-A-Side Memorial Cup
The event will be held on Sunday, October 27th, from 1pm to 8pm at Drom Soccer Park, Galway. The address is Drom East, Galway, H91KP79. Parking and clubhouse access are available.
You can register your team by following the registration link, where you will need to provide your team’s details and donate the entry fee of €175 per team (€25 per player).
The tournament consists of 4 groups with 6 teams each. Each team will play every other team in their group, and the top two teams from each group will advance to the quarterfinals. From there, winners will proceed to the semifinals, followed by the final match.
